welcome to the chaos
Autumn is my favorite season and honestly, always has been. Give me crisp air, crunchy leaves, spooky decor, oversized and an excuse to decorate everything like a haunted cottage, and I'm happy.
I've never met a spooky thing I didn't like. Ghosts, witches, haunted houses, folklore, urban legends—sign me up. If I could transport myself into the world of Beetlejuice, I wouldn't even pack a bag. I'd just go.
I'm a water sign through and through. The ocean is my happy place, but honestly, I'll take a lake, river, creek, or puddle if that's what's available. Something about being near water makes my soul exhale.
I believe love is love. As a pansexual woman, I've always been more interested in the wine than the label, which is probably one reason I love exploring all kinds of relationships and love stories in my books. And then there's Baby Havoc—my half-orange, full-chaos cat and unofficial assistant. He regularly makes appearances in my newsletter, supervises my writing sessions, and firmly believes every keyboard belongs to him. If you hang around long enough, you'll probably see more photos of him than you ever expected.
Pretty things. Spooky things. Water. Books. Cats. A little bit of chaos.
That’s me in a nutshell.
So if you love obsession, devotion, sharp teeth hidden behind pretty smiles, and stories that are equal parts sweet and wicked, welcome.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be.
I've never been interested in writing perfect love stories.
I like obsession and devotion. The kind of love that ruins your life before it saves it. The kind that chooses one person over common sense, morality, and self-preservation every single time.
My books are filled with characters who burn hot, love hard, and refuse to let go. The main characters are often morally grey, occasionally unhinged, and completely devoted. The love interests are strong enough to match them step for step. Together they make terrible decisions, fall disastrously in love, and somehow find their happily-ever-after on the other side of the chaos.
I believe romance should make you feel something. It should make your heart race, your stomach twist, and keep you awake long after you promised yourself just one more chapter.
When I'm not writing, you'll usually find me watching true crime documentaries, fueling my caffeine addiction with Dr. Pepper, or disappearing into whatever hyper-fixation has captured my attention this week.
